I'm not an expert by any means, but with all those things you want it to do,
aren't you starting to look at a server?  I've got a custom built machine
that does pretty much everything except for the routing.  I'd think with a
couple ethernet cards and a switch you could pretty much accomplish
everything you were looking for, but I don't think you are going to save
much on power consumption.

I'm sure somebody can jump in here and correct me if I'm wrong, but I've
never seen such an all inclusive beast.
