[mythtv-users] Auto Transcoding NOT working

MythTV build info:
The info is for just in case it is my version only.
I am using media-tv/mythtv-0.20.1_p13344 from the gentoo portage. It
is derived from mythtv-0.20.1.tar.bz2 and patched with
mythtv-0.20.1_svn13344.patch.bz2.

Problem:
Just recently I try setting post recording process transcode.
Creating a Recording
-->Post Recording Processing
     -->Transcode new recodings
     -->Transcode using Autodetect

After a show is recorded it commercial flags, but doesn't transcode.
Am I not setting something correctly? I can manually select each
recording and transcode with no problem.

PS - I have been using mythtv for about 1 year now and have been very
