I hope--if they're using DataDirect--they're not using cron jobs, but
are letting the backend run mythfilldatabase at the provider's suggested
run time.

However, if mythfilldatabase does not receive any data, it does not
delete the existing data.  It used to (before 0.20), but it doesn't now.
