I do not have a static IP and my ISP block port 80 (your normal HTTP
port).  I use dyndns.org to let me router update the current IP of my
connection and direct all traffic through port 8010.  I can then
access my mythweb from anywhere using
http://somedomainnameIchose:8010/mythweb
