[mythtv-users] mis-ordered channels in mythweb editor

Delete all your channels and re-create them.  The best way is to delete 
the video source (or, really, use Delete All to delete all video sources 
to ensure all the right tables are truncated).  Then, recreate your 
video sources, input connections, and channels.
