So, the second point says to me that after re-considering the change to
a TiVo-like record-all-the-time-AND-play-it-back-constantly behavior,
we've concluded that until LiveTV (tvchain) playback is completely
reliable (especially on program changes), it can't be done. Anyone
disagree?
