Is this in Utilities/Setup->Setup->TV Settings->Recording Profiles?
In this I have a "Hardware DVB encoders" item. This contains four
other items: "Default", "Live TV", "High Quality", and "Low Quality".
The only possible differences between these is "enable auto-transcode
after recording", and "recording type" which can be normal, tv only,
and audio only.
Due to overscan issues I have not yet fixed, I can't see whether the
"enable auto-transcode after recording" is selected on both "Live TV"
and "Default". I'm assuming it is. Could it be that transcoded video
stutters, whereas Live TV is not transcoded and thus doesn't stutter?
