Thanks for that. I tried installing Xorg 7.3 (aka server 1.4) and it has
improved some things but not the problem with slow menus that I have. I
tried it with and without the latest Nvidia driver (169.07) but I still get
the problem with tearing with the driver and slow menus without.
Oh well.
