[mythtv-users] Can't find all of my digital cable channels

I have Cox and have experienced the same thing.  Some HD channels were 
missing that I knew should be there.  In this case I was able to use 
data from a back-up that I had made to manually insert the missing channels.

My suggestion is to use this page:

http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Working_QAM_cable_layout

to see if your city/provider is listed.  If not, perhaps someone with a 
working layout will add it.  Using that information I think you can add 
the channels manually.
