[mythtv-users] tvtime plays at 50 fps and mythtv at 25 fps

Use trunk and one of the adaptive 2x deinterlacers (yadif 2x, greedyh 
2x, kernel-HW 2x [HW-deints are only usable for opengl videoout]) to 
avoid these "shaking".
You will never see more then 25fps inside you log cause the fps will be 
estimated for the decoder stage (your video has only 25 progressive 
frames/s), not at the output stage.
