Well, you can look in mythtv-setup and see the model numbers for STBs 
that have built in support. Mine is a SA3250HD. But I'd say the main 
thing is just to make sure it has firewire. The first STB Charter Cable 
gave me did not have this. I had to take it back to them and get a 
replacement. Legally they are supposed to have the firewire.
