Just the callsign. The channel name and channel number are cosmetic.

Correct.

In MythWeb, yes, but in mythfrontend's Program Guide each channel (if
with a unique channel number) will still appear separately. The latter
is correct behavior; months ago I submitted a ticket to get the former
fixed.
