[mythtv-users] No channels after running mythfilldatabase

I just setup a new myth box and after running mythfilldatabase I still have
no channels even though it seems to run successfully.  I've confirmed that
everything with sql is good, my zap2it subscription is good, what could be
stopping it from adding channel and inserting data?

I finally have HD working after weeks of headaches and now for some reason I
can't insert guide data.

I get the following error when connecting through mythweb:

Mythfilldatabase give the following output for each channel, could it be a
subscription problem?:
