The recording I posted a fraction of (at
http://www.fishpool.org/misc/mythtv-dvb-capture-fails-libmpeg2.mpg) was
made using 0.19-128. I'm afraid I don't know how to exactly tell which
SVN version this applies to, although the last RPM changelog entry is

- Update to latest svn fixes (r9850).

I just tried to access mythweb, and the backend started churning out
errors I think are related to the problem (I assume these are caused by
the thumbnailer trying to decode the videos). The backend just crashed,
too, but without a stack trace.

[mpeg2video @ 0x1289a44]get_buffer() failed (stride changed)
2006-05-23 13:29:59.977 AFD Error: Unknown decoding error
[mpeg2video @ 0x1289a44]get_buffer() failed (stride changed)
2006-05-23 13:29:59.980 AFD Error: Unknown decoding error
2006-05-23 13:30:00.375 GetNextFreeFrame() unable to lock frame 100 times. Discarding Frames.
