I only have experience with the Mad Dog card. A fellow user Greg mentioned on
this list his Asus does the same thing my Mad Dog does. I've been wondering if
All 5200 cards do this or just some. I want to buy another 5200 for my backend
(which currently has a 6200, and it has issues with the via chipset), but don't
want to spend on one unless I can find one that is known to work properly for
scaling 1920x1080 -> 800x600.
