I've got a Turion64 on my laptop which runs Mythfrontend fine. I ran
mythbackend on it when I visited my parents to show MythTV to my dad,
in the limited time I had it running I had no issues (I was running
SVN pre-0.19 at the time). I have no reason to believe it wouldn't run
an entire combined frontend/backend.

As for the Duron800, I don't think it would be fast enough for a HD
frontend, but should do fine as a dedicated backend.
