I got this to work in 0.19 by running mythfilldatabase, and then a "scan" to
import channels.conf.

Now we need to start with a scan -- but will a channels.conf import work here,
or only a Myth scan? Myth scans don't work at all for me because Comcast
strips out all the data that Myth is looking for (the PSIP data?) so a Myth
QAM scan produces no channels. I also noticed that Import Channels.conf has
been disabled in SVN head -- I reenabled it but I'm a little concerned that
those in my situation are not going to be able to get this to work at all.
I'll give it a try when I get home tonight but just curious if anybody knows
more about this.
