Ummm, before this gets a bit too heated, wouldn't Zap2It be the final 
judge?  If the OP got their OK, and/or lined up an alternate, then all 
this would be moot, no?

I mean, it is a commercial enterprise, so a portion of the selling price 
could go to a schedule provider, no?
