[mythtv-users] HOWTO: Xebian and Mythfrontend on xbox

Thanks for the tips so far guys. I've made a lot more progress now and
just about everything is installed. However, I do have one small
problem - I can't work out how to get an X sessino up and running! I'm
a Fedora Core kinda guy, really, and this Xebian stuff is based on
Debian which does things quite differently to my other myth machine.
I definitely have xfree86-common installed. And I have a .xinitrc file
in /home/mythtv and /etc/inittab is set up so that mythtv auto logs
in. The system is booting into run level 2 (which seems kind of odd to
me but that's what it is). When I run my mythtv's .xinitrc I get a
message saying "can't open display" which is, presumably, because X
isn't running. So my questions are:
1) What do I need to do to ensure than an X is running when I boot up?
2) And, what do I need to do to get my mythtv user's .xinitrc
automatically run on boot up?
I know these are probably very basic questions, but I'm just not used to Xebian.
Thanks,
Phill
