Search for autorip.gz on tux.org. Peter Warren, who has recently updated 
his qamscan script has written a perl script to rip CD's to MP3 with 
CDDB database calls etc.... Haven't tried it, but I would bet a dollar 
that it will work fine... just like the first version qamscan script!.
