Assuming you're using 0.19, you no longer have to be concerned with the
name of the file. 0.19 allows you to delete recording information even
if the file does not exist (or is not accessible).
To quickly delete all your recordings, you can go into the Watch
Recordings screen and, while "All Programs" is selected, hit the INFO
key, then Add this Group to Playlist. Then, hit INFO, select Playlist,
Playlist Options, Delete (or something like that). Then, just answer
yes when prompted whether you want to delete the recording even though
the file doesn't exist (probably for each recording).
