[mythtv-users] 0.19 bug report: video skipping frames in SVN revision 9263 (from today)

I've noticed this since my last SVN upgrade to 0.19 revision 9167. It
still persists in the 9263 I downloaded today.
The Gentoo r1 ebuild doesn't do this as far as I know. (could be wrong though)

Basically, anytime I pause or change channels the video gets choppy and it looks
like every other frame is skipped.

It happens regardless of whether I'm running XvMC, Standard, or libmpeg2, and
regardless of OpenGL vsync.

I'm running with Bob deinterlace enabled and I haven't tried disabling it yet.
My vid card is a nvidia 5200 AGP and my PVR card is a 350.

Is anyone else seeing this?
