dvb-fe-or51132-qam.fw is for decoding qam signals and dvb-fe-or51132- 
vsb.fw is (obviously) for decoding OTA (vestigial side band) signals.

The card automagically loads the correct firmware via the hotplug  
system for the job required, but you can't have them both loaded at  
the same time.
