    I have this same problem with 0.19-fixes svn. I have a DVB-T setup, 
whenever
    I watch livetv I see the video subtly alternate between slow and 
fast play. I mentioned
    this on the #mythtv-users irc channel, a while back, and someone 
responded that it
    was a known issue among the developers, but no-one had managed to 
track it
    down. The work around, they said, was to pause and then unpause livetv.
    This works perfectly for me. Note that my system is a single 
backend/frontend
    box. It's only a slight annoyance.
