Hi,
i want to ask
Is there a  way to obtain MPEG files from
MythTV recordings, such that the commercials are already removed from
them? or how to completely  remove commercials in mpeg file through command
line?

I can't help you with that, other than telling you to search for a command
that tells transcode to honour the cut list.

Also search in the mythtv gossamer archives for the word commercial removal
- it *might* help..

But what I can help you with is educating you on how *not* to annoy users by
repeatedly asking the same question instead of just having patience and
waiting for someone to help you.
