Hi there
Will need more information like, does each card have it's own source? Where I 
live only 1 DVB card can be connected to the antenna. If I were to connect an 
active splitter it would work for all cards because the load on the antenna 
is minimal.
Try each card individually and if they all work look at the source, DVB cards 
require a good signal and puts considerable load on the antenna. You may 
still need an active splitter using cable.
