In DataDirect (as you called it Zap2it), it's called a lineup.  In 
MythTV, you create a video source associated with the DataDirect lineup.

Create two video sources in mythtv-setup.  Associate the one that's 
using with the digital DataDirect lineup to an appropriate input on the 
HD3000.  Associate the one that's using the analog DataDirect lineup to 
the appropriate inputs on the PVR cards.
