[mythtv-users] FC4 Yum update is failing

I just went through this yesterday while trying to install myth 0.19 from
scratch. I completely reformatted my backend box since I wanted to move from
Mandriva to FC4 because a) I wanted to follow Jarod Wilson's guide and b)
FC4 seems to be more widely used for mythtv than Mandriva.

Anyway, the culprit (at least in my case) was
transcode-1.0.2-2.2.fc4.x86_64.rpm from freshrpms which insisted it needs
libmjpegutils-1.8 (from mjpegtools-1.8) whereas smart installed
mjpegtools-1.9.1-13_cvs20060213.rhfc4.at.x86_64.rpm from ATrpms.

I hunted down the mjpegtools-1.8 via rpmfind and installed that. Then I was
able to do a smart install mythtv-suite-0.19 and that pulled down all the
dependencies (including transcode) without problems.

Didn't get much further than that as it was very late and I decided
to continue after work today.

Hope I haven't confused the issue.
