Well, it seems that the issue with the frontend not removing the file 
from the DB if the file has been removed has been taken care of in .19. 
I upgraded this morning (as I mentioned) and was just browsing around 
the new layout and found that when I remove the files from the "TV -> 
Previous" it says it can't find the file and the removal actually works! 
Sure, it took me 45 minutes to kill all of the entries by hand, but hey, 
it sure beats spending 2 days trying to find it in the DB. :-) Thanks 
for all the responses.
