Probably not the answer you're looking for, but I've had good luck with
http://rpmfind.net when I've got the dependency blues.
Search for "xine" on rpmfind.net, then click on the link in the
"Package" column of the resulting page for your distribution. It has a
list of dependencies, and usually the links to the rpm packages.
