[mythtv-users] Transcoded files playing well in Linux machine but lagging on Windows machine?

SORRY. Replace that mencoder.working with the path to your mencoder to
get it working :). mencoder is from MPlayer package.

And also verify that mythtranscode is in your path or else change the
path to your mythtranscode too in this script.
