Okay, this one just has me stumped.
I installed Myth on FC4 about a week ago. I want to use Myth as a
combination DVR and Movie archive for my (extensive) DVD collection.
Downloaded the ivtv drivers, installed them, everything is going very well.
There are only two problems I can't solve, and one of them is driving me
crazy.
1. When I rip a DVD (using the rip inside Myth, set to 'transcode', quality
Good, use original AC3 6ch file) the audio comes out unsynchronized on the
final recording. The audio is about 1 to 1.5 seconds behind the video.
Several posts have recommended sending the flag "M 0" to transcode - but I
can't figure out how to do that. Any one run in to this before?
2. If I take a DVD out of the drive, and put in another DVD while Myth is
transcoding, I can't get a dialog to rip the new DVD. Is that on purpose, or
am I missing something?
Thanks,
Jonathan
