[mythtv-users] Serial control of DirecTV of H10

Hi all,
  Working on my new mythbox and trying to get it to control an DirecTV
H10 HD receiver.
  i've had success from windows using the dtvcontrol.com application
(I can change channel, etc using the D10-200 control set), but I can't
find a way to do it in linux.
  I've tried the perl script and the c program mentioned on the user lists.
  I added some code to dump out the command that's being sent, and
it's identical to what dtvcontrol is sending..... any thoughts on what
to do next?
