Have you found any resolution to "prebuffering pauses"?  I am seeing the 
same thing and can't seem to find a way to resolve it.  It is starting to 
make me crazy.  I have tried all kinds a transcoding setings....all kinds of 
stuff, nothing seems affect the problem.
