[mythtv-users] Knoppmyth - Can't open /sys/bus/pci/devices

I get this error on boot:

  Can't open /sys/bus/pci/devices

Yet when I go there, and do an ls, I get a listing similar to that of
lspci, which includes my capture card.  I don't know why knoppmyth
would report this error when the directory is existent and
accessible.  The directory has global execute permission, so it seems
it can't be a controlled resource issue.
