Yes, absolutely. It's the most important part of defining your screen
to the OS. Everything else will have problems too, but you may not
notice if this is a dedicated frontend.
Your Olevia 27" should be about 590mm x 336mm.

Thanks guys! That did it!
So basically for Myth to propperly determine the aspect ratio of a
display, the DisplaySize needs to be define in the Xorg.conf file.
You rule!
