[mythtv-users] Missing mythtv-setup

Hi,

I've compiled mythtv from CVS twice now and both times I've ended up 
without the mythtv-setup executable. This wasn't the case until doing a 
recent CVS update. Is there a problem with the latest CVS code?

BTW, the build takes around 3 hours (epia-m) so is there a way of 
getting myth (backend) running without running mythtv-setup?

PS. I'm also missing the mtd executable (but I don't know what that is).
