That will suck, because, well, X just sucks for TV-out.  No vsync to
time frame flipping with, and trying to get decent overscan from the
maven chip is just not doable without Ville's CRTC2 work in DirectFB.
It's all just a hack without that stuff.

NTSC or PAL?  On FB?  What are your fb timings if NTSC?

Without serious Xserver infrastructure work I can't see how TV-Out with
X can ever be as good as DirectFB.  It's a shame that the only problem
with Myth on it is toolkit problems.
