You need to upgrade.  This was fixed by John Poet's recent patches, now 
committed.  Every 15 seconds while recording, it would send the *entire* 
program's worth of positionmap info to the database, instead of just the 
new stuff.  Thus the recorder would drop frames.  Unfortunately it means 
your recordings done with this bug in place are damaged.
