[mythtv-users] RE: SBLive + ALSA + AC3 question

Soundblaster live! 5.1 r(digital coax) raw feed into receiver and all
comes out as expected. Maybe not as good as optical from standalone
DVD player, but damn close. No problems to date. Have Asus P4P800SE
that initially I used onboad audio (soundmax) and had problems. 
(analog is good - S/PDIF no good on latest alsa) Stuck in soundblaster
live 5.1 and no problems using Jarod's web - stellar performance. Hope
this helps.   :-) willing to help if I can. Just about blew my brains
out as well on this. Regg
