[mythtv-users] Frontend Dies under 0.16

Can't answer for the directory and file (as I'm not at home), but
after I first saw this error I made sure to
chmod -R a+rw /pvr/
I am running mythbackend and mythfrontend as the same user, mythtv.
Yet the error persists.  Thanks
