It does now. It was accidentally removed while working on FC2 support, I 
believe.

On the command-line, try moving your entire home directory (or at least all 
the .kde* files/folders in it), then try logging in w/a KDE 3.2 session 
again. In my experience, either apt fails to install the KDE stuff entirely, 
and you still have 3.1, or it successfully upgrades to 3.2, no problems. (I 
run 3.2 on my FC1 workstation). 2a certainly sucks and 2b is a royal pain 
(but possible). If the above doesn't work, try apt-get update and apt-get -f 
install to see if something got hosed that apt can fix.
