Yes, just go to the "Watch Recordings" screen.  Your currently recording
program will be highlighted, and you can start watching it right away.

Having it display a little larger than your viewing area is called
over-scan and is generally desired.  I don't have a 350 so i'm not sure
how to reduce it if you're getting too much.

Yes, press your "menu" button again and it will change to that channel. 
"Cancel" will exit the epg and leave you on your current channel.  I
believe this behaviour has been modified in 0.15 so that if the program
you select is currently on it will go to it immediatly, and if it hasn't
started yet it will go to recording options.
