Didn't know that doc existed.  Is it linked from the main MythTV 
documentation?  The document on ui.xml is a superb resource, but 
certainly far from a "how-to".  Anyone with l33t photoshop skillz 
would still have no idea what to do after reading that paper.

I would like to see more of a tutorial approach in addition to 
resource documents.  So that's what I'm going to work on.
