Did they actually change the code?  I see a new theme, but is that covered 
under the GPL?  They could just say the code is available at mythtv.org

Also, while they are obligated to provide source, I do not think it means that 
they need to advertise it...  Like if you requested it they would have to, 
but I am not sure they have to have a link on the web site for it...
