[mythtv-users] not deleting old programs

I am having my hard drive fill up due to myth not auto expiring old shows ... I set it to auto exp free disk = 7 gig
frequency = 5
method = oldest show first
auto exp default = checked
new recording space = 200
the shows all have rip next to them
any ideas?
