[mythtv-users] Configuring X for HDTV component using Nvidia

Has anyone used the ATI DVI to Component adapter with a Nvidia card? I 
have a Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 with DVI. I had a friend that bought the 
ATI DVI to Component adapter and wanted to try it before I purchased one 
or the other VGA / DVI to component adapters.

I cannot seem to get any Modelines to work in the configuration file. Do 
I need to do anything special to enable the DVI connector? I am trying 
to use the VGA with my monitor and the DVI to component at the same 
time. I read on one of the lists that there are some ioctl commands that 
need to be enabled to use the DVI with the ATI adapter but the person, 
Victor I think did not mention any. I have a Hitatchi 53" HDTV and have 
no clue as to the vsync / hsync values needed. I tried a lot from some 
samples but they did not list the whole config file so I can get an idea 
if I was missing something. The new Nvidia drivers have alot of options, 
maybe one of them is needed?
