I've set it up using the instructions on epiawiki.org
epia kernel and the unichrome driver
Do you have the libddmpeg compiled and installed?

The via_v4l module uses devices video0, video1 and video2
Your tvcard has to be setup to use /dev/video3 and you have to change your
mythsetup to use this device.
