I'm still having problems with this. It seems like my mythbackend is
getting hung or confused or something. Unfortunately there's nothing in
my backend log or messages that shows a problem.

Right now it might record a whole show, but the last 3 out of
recordings it has stopped prematurely, yet in mythweb it says it's still
recording. If I try to watch livetv, the frontend will respond that it's
currently recording, even though it has stopped.

In my backend log a couple things are confusing me. "The Magic School
Bus" recorded successfully from 8:28 to 9:00. Then it was supposed to
record "Sesame Street" from 9:00 to 10:00. , but it stopped recording at
9:37. Around that same time I did go into Mythweb and deleted a
recording, but the two other failures I had I didn't do anything, they
just failed.

Another thing that seems odd is the double // when it changed from None
to RecordingOnly. The next two times similar lines appear they do not
have that.

2004-05-31 08:28:01 Started recording "The Magic School Bus" on channel:
1048 on cardid: 1, sourceid 1

2004-05-31 09:37:02 adding: mythtv.obrien-pifer.com as a remote file
transfer
Input #0, mpeg, from

2004-05-31 09:37:03 adding: mythtv.obrien-pifer.com as a remote file
transfer

This started happening after upgrading to CVS a few days before .15 was
released. I did this because I wanted to play with adding a couple more
frontends. Prior to this recordings were super stable and the only
issues I ever had was the occasional lockup with my PVR350 and ivtv
drives.

I'm running this on Redhat 9 with a PVR350. Any help and/or suggestions
are appreciated.

Thanks,
James
