You are right.  I honestly thought that just about everyone would see
and be aware of the bug.  I didn't realize it was not seen universally.
I'll add everything you mentioned.  I think your list is a good one.

Well, not for any one.  I maintain OfflineIMAP, written in Python, and I
don't care at all about people's hardware and rarely care about their
OS when they send a bug report :-)

I will add the requested information now.
